What We Do
We offer the opportunity to be paired up with elite officials as well as USAHockey Official Instructors that have worked every level of ice hockey from the pros on down.
This exposure for new officials is paramount. Being not only told what to do and how to do it off the ice, but SHOWN in real time/ during live game situations is critical to understanding the process of what is expected of us as officials.
Why We Do it
We believe that every level of ice hockey has an official that is looking to achieve assignments and ultimately master officiating at said level.
Recreational to travel hockey, non checking to full contact, High school, Juniors, College and beyond...all officials should have goals to reach and a plan on how to attain them! When you get paired up with a mentor, you will discuss your official aspirations and develop a plan of action.
